Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• 1 Item is in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or use
• 2 Item is in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories
• 3 You have a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email, packing slip, or order number)
• 4 The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Books with obvious signs of use (creased spines, annotations, highlighting, water damage, etc.)
• Items not in their original condition, or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Oils, incense, or personal care items that have been opened or used
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed as follows:

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your packing slip or order number with the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
