For every turn of events that occurs in a person’s life whether long-lived or transient there is a direct correlation to how this effects how they perceive the world. It’s been said that a person’s perception is their reality. Depending on the reality they see will ultimately determine how they respond in any given situation. This story reflects how a young girl’s environment growing up causes her to become calloused and incapable of managing her emotional reactions. She is notorious for being pessimistic in her thinking and making hasty decisions but inspite of herself the blessing on her life never changes but she ultimately has to choose. Continuously, God shows her favor. Instead of condemnation God shows her his love in ways she never dreamed possible.For this reason, she has a desire to do right but when her past resurfaces she has to decide which road to take…. Will she stay on the right path or will she revert back to what she knows….
